I am trying to improve my blog. Layout is just one aspect of that improvement. I am also trying to improve my entry quality and number of readers. I joined BlogMad a while back and it has been thwarting me in every way possible. It has about 5 ways to auto-activate your site. Well, I tried every single one and none of them worked. Uhg. Annoying. So I had to contact them. Hopefully that will get sorted out.

I also submitted my site to Site Swap. I got my site approved on my first try! Woo hoo! That means I am the Site Swap site of the day. Since I'm a nice person, I'll even tell you the answer to the question: I am trying to Skin my site. Go there and try to get your site on it. I tried to get WebKittyn's site on their with mine, but they didn't take that one. Sorry WebKittyn, I tried to push you forward in the land of blog whoring.

I am also a member of Blogazoo now. This one actually amuses me a little bit. I am now a Gazoo keeper! That right. I have a Gazoo for you to hunt. My Gazoo is a little bit retarded and I cut off his arms and legs to make sure that he didn't run away.

Will any of this help? No, probably not because I suck and I'm blogging about it. No one really cares. Ah well. I'll go crawl back into Utopia's world of suck now.

I found BlogMad's way of authenticating your site weird. I don't use any of those email choices they gave and normally send all unrouted domain mail to the back hole of nothingness, but did manage to get it set up. It is no better or worse than any others :) Nice gazoo! Never found one before!!!! :)

My problem is, I tried every single method of setting up with BlogMad. All of them failed. Apparently they couldn't even find the image trackback on my sidebar. It was rather frustrating, but I'm sure it will be fixed.

You've been smacked. Also, overall I don't think your template is all that bad. I would change the background to a solid color and make the post headings bigger, but I really love it otherwise (especially the graphic in the upper left).

I say the same as Kelly - came here via it2m.com and I like your blog - just don't insult yourself so much! :) Saying you suck just isn't fun to read. Even if you do. *grins*

Anyhow, I think you have a good blog and try BlogMad again - they're in BETA stage and everytime I email them a question/issue they are QUICK to respond. I still prefer BE right now but I'm definitely giving BlogMAD a chance.

I understand I too am going through "my blog sucks syndrom" please don't change alot I enjoy your post. Flashy is not always better. Stay true to the Utopia we know and love. Although I do like the gazoo. he's cute.
