From beyond the grave -
   Artemis shot her bow
  and brought down nations.
Apollo laughed with his sister
   and rode his chariot
  round hades, shooting
    arrows to the Earth.

They would not let it end.
   Revenge was too sweet.
Justice was blind -
    to innocense
    to wisdom.

After a time, they were not the
    the twins we knew, but rather -

Children of Ares
    tainted by War.
   Blind to all others
    and deaf to the screams
  of the people they intended
to save

from their Fate.
