Posture 8 - The Ball-Girl Duck

OK, here I am settling down for a full, long evening of computerised fun. Actually, I had a minor gynae op this morning and I'm still woozy from the anaesthetic so I'm camped out in front of the computer desk with one and a half litres of Coke (Nope, not diet. I wanted diet, but I was given good ol' whopping full fat.), a bag full of chewy sweets, my phone, and a will to hopefully to keep awake for at least a few hours and not totally disrupt my sleeping pattern. Will I succeed? I doubt it. As a functioning insomniac I have no sleeping pattern, therefore I'm screwed before I start.
I don't start back at work until Sunday lunchtime, so I have 24 hours to waddle around (like a duck with a tennis ball between his knees, at present. Future postures may be interesting.) before I have to cease my self-pity and get on with life again. Until then; I plan to find my template bugs, get the comment pages fixed, polish off a few other templates and suchlike people have asked me to do for them, and eat a whole lotta candy. Life isn't so bad.
