Woah...

I went to claim some doctors charges back from my medical insurer today. Not only do I have to wait a minimum of six weeks before they can process my claim, but I was served by a woman who looked startlingly like the man who played Scrooge in the Muppets Christmas Carol. I can't remember the name... I'm bad with movie stars that way....

EDIT: Michael Caine!!! It was Michael Caine!!
