Open Trackback Tuesday

So it's OTA Tuesday. Sometimes this reminds me of homework, but it's all worth it in the end. Everyone seems to do this trackback thing differently, so I see there are no definitive formatting rules. Only that you track a few people back. I chose to summarize a bit of the blogs I visited.

Here are some of the reads this week:

*As much as Webkittyn loves the motion picture; "The Dirty Dozen", I happenstanced upon the Pirate King's post on speculation on casting for a remake of said film. Cast speculation is fun. I remember I had been doing that for years. The only one I ever pegged right was who should play Professor X in the X-Men movies.

*Diane has confused me with what a "WallyWorld" is. I hope someday she takes the time to explain this to us.

*Comedian Jenee makes me giggle everytime. THIS time she has a post that reminded me of my odd times at the fast food drive thru. This was a short post, but it was typical of experiences I've had.

*Bullwinkle further supports my feelings about global warming.

* 7 deadly Sins gave us twisted thoughts on those who pronounce "David" , "Da-veed".

* May or May not is a selfproclaimed gay orthodox Jew. He had an interesting take on Catholic Charities in relation to gays with this post.

That's this week on the OTA.

Supplications to the opus

For what it's worth, I've overhauled my selections this year for "Friday Movie Suggestion Night". There will be some great surprises in store!

Re: Wally World...

Remember the early 80's film 'National Lampoon's Vacation '? The destination was originally Disneyland, after Disney objected, they changed it to 'Wally World'.

Wasn't Wally World the theme park in Beverly Hills Cop 3?

I think that was Wally's World.
