Open Trackback Alliance

March 28, 2006

So I Joined the OTA

The OTA is the Open Trackback Alliance. Pretty much, it's a way that more people can learn of each others blogs and such. It helps people discover new blogs and prompts people to read more of them.

I like to go for those that show a bit of a humorous side to them. Life can't be serious all the time... and when it is, I like to find some good blog escapism.

Granted, this is like the second time I'm doing this, so I don't know if the trackbacks are working right, however...

Either way, I went hunting for some of the funnier posts I could find. Not all of them are current...but I thought they'd be good to share.

Some posts, like the ones on Customer Servant, are whimsical. Some, like the ones at History Mike are just ironic. Some, like Imagine Kitty just pleasantly wax nostalgic.
Some just tell odd jokes. There's always a fun post at The 7 Deadly Sins like this post to be found.
Some, like People Are Idiots are just friggin downright HILARIOUS!! Other's are just a blogging wonderland of odd visuals over at the Point5 blog. The most disturbing yet classically absurd posts are found at Peemill. There's this one post that made me think of the old Eddie Murphy" Dexter in "de island o' love" bit. "He's swingin' it agin..."

So there you have it. Click a few links and join in the fun. In a way, it's like doing homework.

I was supposed to have these in by Tuesday, but I was working on the fill in show for Webkittyn Wednesdays Internet Mango Radio Show. So I'm a few minutes late...will it hurt anyone?

I fixed it. Like I said...I'm new at this. I'll get better. I'll make the OTA proud.
