...from which I came to a realization.
You see, making the music is only a part of the equation. There's the look, the attitude, the voice, the psyche... There's allot more involved in this project than I thought. I may get the music done but my head and my body must follow suit. In that aspect, I have only 50% of the idea. To myself, I hereby admit that there's allot more to do and so very little time to do it. Y'know, I feel great when recording, then I look at myself and I don't like the physical package. Definitely not enough to even post the pics of myself as the image is being changed by the minute...same as "Darkside". Oh yea... "Darkside". All the time I thought it was the "mixdown" as Weapon told me. No, it was the fact that it was terrible production in comparison to what we're doing with "Consecrate". The sound quality of one vs. The other are completeley different. Even in raw form the sound is cleaner and clearer. I'm just having issued with taking two steps back when I thought I had gone one forward.
Ok...I digressed. I'm half the man I'm supposed to be. It's time to kick it up a notch! Fall is coming.
You are soooo hard on yourself dear. If you don't like the way you look, change it. You know what must be done.
